A team of five Orwell Ladies (Eileen Thomas, Sue Cameron, Grace Paterson, Maggie Saunderson and Kirsty Cassells) took part in the KCT Club Bonspiel over the weekend 24 – 25 November 2018.

Eight teams took part and were split into two sections for a round robin stage. Orwell Ladies came third in their section and won the playoff against the third-placed team in the other section (Fossoway) by one shot. So, Orwell Ladies were fifth overall, which was not bad considering we were the only ladies team in the competition!
