The Area 10 Inter-Province Bonspiel took place in Perth on Sunday 12th November 2017. Each province send 3 teams, one of which must be an all ladies team. Orwell Ladies qualified to represent Loch Leven Province as the highest up ladies club in the Blairhill, along with Orwell and Kinross Juniors.

The format is three 5-end games, one after the other. Teams of up to 6 are allowed so that players can swap out for a rest. The scores for all the games for the 3 teams are added together to decide which province is the winner.

The Orwell Ladies team was Angela Wilcox (skip), Susan Scougal, Lesley Brown, Allison Pirie, Jackie McQueen and Mo Robertson. They beat Cupar Ladies 8 – 1, then Hercules Ladies 5 – 1, and finally Aberdour Ladies 6 – 2, a cumulative score of 19 – 4.

Orwell won one game and the Juniors won 2 games, and along with Orwell Ladies 3 wins this was enough to win the trophy for Loch Leven Province.
