The KCT Club Championships took place in Kinross from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd October 2016. Orwell Ladies were the only ladies team in the competition with a rink made up of Sue Cameron (skip), Edna Nelson, Angela Wilcox and Kathleen Brown.

in a section of four with Kinross, K2 and Inverkeithing, it was always going to be a challenge and unfortunately, although we had our moments, we lost these three games. The final game was on Sunday against Boreland and was a very close game, although again we came out second!

The overall winners were Dunfermline with Grant Barr (skip), Tommy Fairbairn, Robin Stevenson and Robin Park (playing order not known).

The weekend was lots of fun with really challenging curling. Hopefully next year more clubs will take part as it is a great weekend.
